Orders ship from Minnesota. Standard shipping is calculated during hosted checkout and is free when the cart subtotal reaches $60.

Because soft plastics are small-batch goods, returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or materially defective items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos.

Limited drops may sell out quickly. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the affected item or contact you about a replacement.
